Strategic Planning Workshop

In August, Lee Koelliker, a strategic planning consultant and Director of the Office of Career Services at the Brown School, traveled to Uganda to facilitate a leadership and strategic planning workshop for the ICHAD-Uganda team. During this four-day training, the team developed a five-year strategic and operational plan to allow for the Center’s continuous growth and sustainability. The team also participated in a SWOT analysis of ICHAD-Uganda’s Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats and developed an action plan around how to move forward. Leadership training included sessions around leadership philosophies, assessments and strategies around influence and navigating organizational politics. We look forward to rolling out these new plans over the next few months!
