Defensive Driving and Vehicle Maintenance Training

All ICHAD Uganda staff recently received training on the basics of motor vehicle/cycle maintenance, driving skills, and defensive driving. Facilitated by a technical representative from Prestige Driving School in Masaka, the instructor provided the team with basic knowledge about cars and motorcycles as well as machine maintenance and risk management. The instructor also reviewed road signs. This will help to ensure the safety of Research Assistants when collecting data from the field. Our dear Ugandan team, be safe as you go out in the field to collect data!
